Gosh, I can’t believe that we are at the end of October, and Thanksgiving Day is right around the corner. I would say that this is probably everyone’s favorite time of the year, and with the anticipation of getting together with family & friends, it’s never to soon to plan out your Thanksgiving Day menu. So, below are some items that have helped me though the years save time, money, and even space.

You can never have enough crock-pots as far as I’m concerned. This double 1 quart system is perfect for holding dips, appetizers, or finger foods. I have a family that loves pie, even more than cake, so forget the 9 inch pie dish, I say go for this this 12 incher. 🙂 This ceramic pie dish is not only pretty, it will cook your pie evenly, and you can get your pie ready ahead of time and go from freezer to oven. (Perfect way to save on time). This pie dish is around $55, but it’s an investment that will last for many years to come, and it would make the perfect hostess or bakers gift.
Hamilton Beach 22-Quart Roaster Oven, Stainless Steel
My mom is the one who bought me my first roaster oven, and boy am I glad that she did. I really like having the room in the oven to cook all the sides, and honestly my turkey not only cooks faster, but it’s moist and delicious. This roaster comes in at around $55.00 shipped.
Norpro Porcelain Gravy Sauce Boat with Stand and Candle
In my family, you must have a gravy sauce-boat. Now some people like to have a ladle with it, but to me that’s what the spout is for. With this gravy boat, you get to take it up a notch by adding the constant heat of the candle underneath. Plus, I think the flickering light would make your table decor even prettier. This little guy comes in at around $20, so I would get 2 if you have a large table gathering.
Pyrex Baking 8-Piece Set & Carrier
Sometimes you have to take your baked goodies & sides on the go, and this Pyrex portables is a perfect way to do it. It’s got three baking dishes, lids, and carrier for around $40. Great price on this one.
