My hubby & I have been married for 20 years, and he is a OTR driver who usually gets home every weekend, but unfortunately he didn’t make it home this past weekend. Now, if you are in a relationship to a person who spends a lot of time away from home, then you can relate to how disappointed they are when they can’t step foot into their home & spend time with the ones they love. So, to encourage my homesick guy, I decided to use an app called Magisto and make him a little personalized video to let him know how much I miss him.
Here is my little “Miss You” video below, and to give you a little heads up, this is the first time that Mr. Hegerty is seeing my new haircut I got this past weekend. Nice & short!!!…..ta-dah!!! 🙂
I hope you enjoyed my movie making skills, and I loved that it only took about 10 minutes to complete. Here’s what I did: I created a short personalized video first, added 10 pictures, chose a themed style, picked some awesome background music, and hit done! Magisto then magically pulled my video & pictures together and made this cute, simple, little movie that my hubby absolutely loved! The best part was this it was FREE to do!
The creative possibilities are endless with this type of app, and you could use your pictures & videos of kids, vacations, wedding, or those selfies that we all like to take of ourselves. (Don’t lie, you know you do it too)! I think it’s a perfect way to say, “I Love You” this Valentines Day, and it would go along with any gift that you might be giving this year.
