Did you know that September is National Mushroom Month? Until yesterday, I had no clue, but it’s a good thing because #1. I love mushrooms #2. They are nutritious & a wonderful way to replace meat in your recipes, which can help anyone who wants to save on their grocery bill. One of my all-time favorite mushrooms is the Portabella! You can grill them, stuff them, and blend them into other dishes, and if you follow a lower carb diet, (like I do), mushrooms have a low carb count, and are very filling. 🙂
